Welcome to RevPDF. By using our application, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using RevPDF, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the application.

2. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use RevPDF for personal or professional purposes, subject to these terms. All intellectual property rights in the app remain our property.

3. Offline-First Experience & Privacy

RevPDF is designed to work offline. All PDF editing, merging, compression, and conversion is performed locally on your device using our native engine. We do not store or have access to your files at any point. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The app may make limited internet connections in the following specific circumstances: (a) downloading a font required by a document from Google's GitHub font repository or the Google Fonts API, with your explicit consent and prior notification of the external service being contacted; (b) displaying advertisements on mobile for non-premium users; and (c) processing in-app purchases on mobile. These are the only circumstances under which internet connectivity is used. Your documents are never transmitted over the internet.

4. In-App Purchases & Advertisements

Desktop (macOS, Linux, Windows): RevPDF is provided free of charge on all desktop platforms. No in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements are present. All features are available without any payment or account.

Mobile In-App Purchases (Android & iOS): RevPDF offers optional premium features available as a one-time purchase on mobile. All transactions are processed exclusively by the respective app store platform — RevPDF does not process, see, or store any payment information.

• Android (Google Play Store): Purchases are handled by Google LLC. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Premium status is associated with the Google account used at the time of purchase. RevPDF has no involvement in the billing process.
• iOS (Apple App Store): Purchases are handled by Apple Inc. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Premium status is associated with your Apple ID. RevPDF has no involvement in the billing process.

Advertisements (Mobile — Non-Premium Only): Non-premium users on Android and iOS may see banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. Upon purchasing a premium upgrade, advertisements are permanently removed. RevPDF does not control the content of ads or the data AdMob collects for advertising purposes. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for further details.

5. Limitation of Liability

RevPDF is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the app. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of important documents.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
